Hi all,
I've been using my Ionic for almost three weeks now and I like it very much. I'm posting this to report my experience when charging the smartwatch. I initially charged it 100% for just few times (three as I can recall, down to 15-20%). Then, I started to get it always in the range 30-80% to preserve battery life. So, when the watch reaches about 30% of charge, I plug into the USB port of my computer and I monitor the process of charging until it reaches around 80%. When this occurs, I unplug the watch and put it on again. Well, the last two times I did this, I could clearly see that on the watch the level of charge was 80-82% and I thought, "Ok, the watch will discharge now". Strangely, instead, the level began increasing until it reached 86-87% and only from that level down did discharging start.
Anyone on this?

@VeniA Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is a very strange behavior from your Ionic. Haven't tried what you did to observe if that will happen to mine as well. However, it shouldn't be that bad if the power is increasing! Have you noticed if the battery lasts longer (about 5% more as that is what it increased) when it does this?
You could try performing a restart on it to see if that will stop this from happening. However, I'm not sure if you would like that to stop?
Keen to hear if other users are experiencing the same.
Keep me posted!
