Went black during update and is dead since

Last week my app in the phone wanted me to update my Ionic. During the update the Ionic went black and has been like that since. It doesnt show any sign on screen about charging either. I had it for 1,5 year and it never done this before. For sure it had something with the update to do. Virus? What should I do?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.  If possible, make sure it is charged first.

How do I do a restart when the device is dead? Doesnt react to anything. It was fully charged when it stopped working and now it doesnt show any sign go load. I tried it over night.

If you followed the directions I gave you and it wouldn't Restart, then contact Customer Support.
