What else can I connect to my app w an Ionic?

I’ve historically used a tracker like the flex and more recently the Alta to sleep with and a watch like the Ionic to wear during day and workout in. I recently bought an Inspire HR to replace my aging Alta, but have not been able to simultaneously connect it to my app w my Ionic. Customer service told me I could connect both, then came back and said I could not simultaneously connect anything at same time as Ionic (which I know is not true.....have old Alta and Ionic now connected) before saying they don’t know what else might be simultaneously connected w an Ionic. 
1, does anyone know a “hack” to connect an Ionic and Inspire HR?
2, does amy9ne know of a newer tracker that can simultaneously connect to app w an Ionic?

"Note that you can't connect multiple devices that use the Fitbit App Gallery to one account. For Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Inspire series, and Fitbit Versa series, only connect one of these devices to your account at a time."

That tells you what you cannot have with the Ionic, which leaves basically only discontinued products such as the Alta and Flex families and Charge 2, and other older models.
