Hi,

What happens to my fitbit ionic watch after I complete the refund? What functions are removed for instance would you be inable to open apps, sync to a phone or are you even able to use offline functions post getting the refund?

as someone else already answered, they turn off your ionic. but it takes months before you receive the compensation
