Just this week my Ionic has been tracking double my steps. For example, if I run on the treadmill and it automatically picks it up and syncs to the app, I normally go and delete the auto one it logged and put it in manually so I can have record of the miles, time and pace. This week when I do that it keeps my steps from the one I delete on top of adding my steps from the run I log. So if I go 3 miles and get 6,000 steps it now will say 12,000. Not sure how to correct this issue.

@Smellie32 It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
When you're wearing your Ionic while exercising, it will pick up all the data and then sync it to your Dashboard. After this, you will be able to delete the exercise but the data tracked will still show there, that's why you're receiving double data when you're manually logging the exercise.
In this case, you may want to manually log the activity and not wear your Ionic while exercising.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

@Smellie32 I looked at your profile and I see that you are not a new Fitbit user. One thing I don't understand -- why are you logging anything manually when the Exercise app has a treadmill shortcut? At the end of the exercise. you get distance, miles and pace.

A few users have reported that manually adding an event after has been shifting the time of the event.
Normally manually adding an event will overwrite the step count for this time, but if the time gets shifted...
As @LZeeW suggests, why are you not using the treadmill mode?
