What’s the time? I don’t know, I wear an Ionic 😂😂😂

Fitbit Ionic now can’t tell the time properly. After recent update time has slowly lost minutes while using the Ionic. From 15 minutes in an hour to this morning one hour loss over a two hour time period the future abilities of this watch don’t look good. I dont use many of the features of this highly priced trinket but if it cant tell the time I don’t see much of a future with the smart watch anyway.
I have synced while next to iphone and ipad and this corrects the time for the next few minutes. I’ve completely reset watched and had blank screen and the watch looking like it’s been non responsive when charging. Eventually getting things going again for a short period. I’ve even reinstalled watch onto Fitbit account and still can’t keep time.

Please fix this soon before I need to buy another watch.

PS my partner and I have had four Fitbit watches over the last 4/5 and we have had problems now with all FOUR of them.

Another hour to reboot, to reinstall app and the watch has lost 11 minutes in the last 3 hours.

please don’t waste your money on another Fitbit unless they 100% help and fix the issues currently affecting some of their software.
the sad thing is, if they fixed the issues so their watches worked as they should they would have a regular and committed customer base.

They have replaced watches in the past but even they have developed faults. On this occasion it’s definitely a software issues but geez a watch that can’t tell the right time takes some beating.  Might need to consider another brand but I’m sure they all have their issues and software glitches.

Well two days later.  Watch needing recharged after about 36 hours. At the last check was running 50mins slow.  Time to contact customer services I think. Not to happy paying for these watches and needing to replace them each time.
