Hi everyone i have just done a factory rest on my watch and now its stuck on the start up screen where it says go to fitbit.com/setup it wont let me swipe to the setting screen either or when i press a button that doesnt work either

Just as @WendyB shared, the message you're getting on your device is the initial setup screen, like the device was brand new. That said and to setup your device, please follow the steps that are specified on our help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
