What would be slick would be to incorporate Alexa.

Imagine running and when you hit the last mile being able to say, "Alexa, play Rage Against the Machine"...

Unfortunately the Ionic doesn't have a microphone so it wouldn't be possible to incorporate Alexa.

I know, but chances are the earbuds you're using have one.

I don't think the API currently supports controlling music on the Ionic, so it would have to be done in house.

 

I took the liberty of creating a feature request for this that we can vote on, because I know Fitbit could make this happen.  If we get enough votes, they'll take attention and maybe implement it.

 

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
