Hey guys,
I am very annoyed bt my FitBit! It doesn't sync my notifications and IF it does? It's much later, sometimes 1 or 2 days later! And I cant always remove the notification either, is someone else having the same or similar problem?

It's great to see you around @ShaolinBrandy! Sorry to hear that your Ionic's notifications haven't been working properly.
I would like you to make sure that you've properly set the notifications. If you do but you're still not receiving them, then try this procedure My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
Also, reply to the following questions to gather more information:
- Are you receiving the notifications on your Ionic after 2 days or are they not deleting from your watch?
- When you press clear are the notifications not removing?
- Do you have a supported device?
- Which mobile device are you using?

First of all, thank you for your reply, I finally have a day off and thus the chance to walk through the steps in your reply to my problem.
As far as I know I did set the notifications correctly. And I specifically selected Whatsapp, Outlook and BBM. I have yet to try the procedure you linked to me, which I will follow through right after I finish my reply to your questions.

I sometimes do and sometimes don't receive them. Sometimes I get a bulk of messages at once, but then they are last weeks or so.

And that is exactly when I try to clear it or open it, and it won't work. So basically I can't remove them and at one point they disappear by themselves.
3. "Do you have a supported device?"
Do you mean it's an original? If that's the question, I assume it is. I paid it in a huge electronics store in my country and the package was neat and sealed when I bought it.
4. "Which mobile device are you using?"
I am using a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.
(By the way, I've read people complaining about Fitbit not syncing to their phones, is this a problem if I'd buy my mom a Fitbit Charge 3, she is using a Samsung Galaxy S5.)

I've shared your post with our Support team, they will continue assisting you on this matter. It's pretty weird that you're receiving old notifications.
Regarding the option that you're not able to clear all the notifications. This is a bug that our team is aware of and working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Sorry for any trouble, your patience while this is resolved is appreciated.
Thanks for letting me know that you're using a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, it's a supported device as you can check on this article. In regards to the question about the phone that your mom is using, that's a compatible device as well, she will be able to sync her Charge 3 with this phone.
