When can Ionic be placed in order

Now i can only buy it in pre order. When will the Ionic be able to be bought?

@Frenk The pre orders ship in "3 to 4 weeks." I would think to purchase in 3 to 4 weeks or so. Anyone from FitBit?

It comes out 2nd October according to their website - pre order shipped 3-4 weeks, but accessories says will ship beginning of October

I preordered mine the day of release 8/28, order says:

"Pre-order - Ships in 3-4 weeks"

 

So add 5 days and I'll be expecting on my doorstep by Sept 29th.

Won't see in stores until October I'm sure, outside the US in January. Launches are tricky the nearer the holidays get, and preorder quantities are already marked limited, so pre-ordering online is the only way to avoid disappointment.  My experience.
