Hi,
I've already read this post about syncing between Ionic and Strava https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/How-to-sync-fitbit-ionic-to-strava/td-p/2681531.
Even when I do see my runs in the Strava app in Ionic; when I exercise using the default workout app from Ionic it never shows up in my Strava profile.
How does synchronization work in that direction?
What should I check?

Hi @Giampi71, it turned out I hadn't yet followed these instructions https://strava.fitbit.com/
It would be nice, if not required, for the Strava app or fitbit itself to emphasise which way your syncing or that you're missing some steps to sync into the other direction.
As user experience there was nothing wrong apparently from the Strava app. I could see my runs, but nothing was telling me that synchronization in the other direction was missing due to a different set of steps that needed to be addressed.
Anyways, I got my exercises in sync now. Thanks!

Hello @fernando_troya , really glad you sort the issue out.
Yes, the linking between Strava and Fitbit and then Strava on Ionic with Strava server is rather complex. The problem is that, differently from, for example Apple Watch and Android Wear, where communication between the apps installed in the watch and the correspondent apps installed in the smartphone happens automatically, Fitbit OS doesn't communicate directly with the apps in the smartphone. This makes the sharing of information such as account login not possible,
