When listening to Pandora Ionic shuts down

After listening for about 8 minutes or so the watch shuts down.  This happens when just listening and during an exercise.   Running 27.70.7.27.   Why are these firmware release garbage?

@clintau It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for letting me know what you're experiencing when listening to Pandora.

I appreciate that you mentioned you installed the latest firmware version on your Ionic. I would like you to restart your watch and then use the Pandora app again.

Please provide me with more details about it:

- Is it completely shutting down or just restarting?
- What type of headphones are you using?
- Is it the first time that this happened?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Actually the issue is back when on a run.  I listened to pandora music for a whole day.  The next day I went on a run and 10 mins in the watch shutdown.  I was unable to reconnect my headphones after the shutdown.

I have used 3 different headphones with the same result.

This has happened multiple times.

It does to the screen with the fitbit logo for a few seconds then shuts down.  I have to hold all the buttons to 'reset' it for it to become responsive again.

Its not just pandora. Appears to be any music. I have had my fitbit for about 10 days. I listen to music that i have downloaded from my own collection. Since the latest update, my fitbit has restarted on 3 consecutive runs. It wasnt wasnt doing that before. Very annoying.....because I have to stop, wait for it to restart, reconnect my headset, restart a new exercise, then when I get home, i i have to do the maths to join up 2 exercises.
