When pressing Settings the watch returns to the menu

Recently, when I press in the ionic either Settings or Exercise, the ionic screen tries to go to the option, but returns to the general menu.

 

I cannot turn it off, or change any settings.

 

How can I troubleshoot this issue?

I appreciate the details mentioned, it's pretty weird that your Ionic is returning to the general menu when you press settings or exercise. I would like you to restart your watch and then press the button again and let me know the results.
