My ionic has stopped working due to it being damaged. Is there a specific place you need to go to repair it?

 And where I could go if it can’t be repaired?

Hi, @Michelle25! Fitbit doesn't do repairs to their units. You could try to do some Googling to see if you could come up with someone, but I haven't heard of anyone. Sorry!
