Where do I manage my Ionic apps on my Android phone?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S9.  The Fitbit app on my phone as of June 2019 was updated. Now I am not able to find where to manage the apps such as Pandora, my music, and Strava.

On Today tab press your icon profile on top left, then your Ionic icon and finally the Apps option
