White screen appeared, now not connecting to internet.

A few days ago a white screen began appearing on my Fitbit Ionic.  I restarted it but now it will not re-connect to the internet or connect to blue tooth.  I have re-installed App but it cannot set up as not connecting to internet.  Very frustrating.  White screen still appearing intermittently.

Did you restart it, or do a Factory reset (it sounds like the latter) try restarting it several times and if that doesnt fix it try a factory reset (another if you have already done one). If problems persist you will need to contact support (link in my signature )

Hi Thanks for the reply. I have done a factory reset and the blue diamond
is displaying, although it keeps flashing off every couple of seconds. My
I pad is trying to search for the connection. I have no other blue tooth
on and the watch is fully charged. Not sure where to go next.

I was unable to resolve the problem and called the helpline.  I received a replacement Fitbit today, so all good.
