Hi guys!
I just not understand why the developers does not has implemented yet the sync by the Wifi.

 

Why Ionic needs to be connected via Bluetooth even if my cellphone is on the same WiFi network?

 

Example: to update the weather information is needed to be syncing by bluetooth but the Ionic is on the Wifi directly. There is no sense.

 

A lot of other applications are implemented on the same way.

This is the way all Fitbit trackers work. They sync via wifi with your cell phone. While the Ionic can connect to wifi to download music or update the firmware (as can the Versa), it cannot sync this way and none of the other trackers can even connect to wifi.
