Why does my Ionic only download 3 songs?

After spending 3 hours getting a playlist made up my ionic it will only download 3 of the 166 tracks that i put on the playlist! On my watch it says that they have downloaded but when i go into the playlist it only has 3 you can choose and the others are darker and unable to open? On the computer screen it gets to the 4th song and just keeps spinning? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
