Why has my Fitbit stopped lighting up when I shake my wrist

Do a long push of left button to get the Screen Wake setting and make sure it is on Auto.

Hello @Jackjill, welcome to the Community forums, it's good to see you around. 

 

Is your scree still not lighting up? Could you please confirm if you followed the steps @SunsetRunner mentioned? For Ionic and Versa you can press and hold the back button and swipe to the quick settings screen > Screen Wake. 

 

If you're still having trouble with this after activating this feature, please try to perform a restart.
