Why my Fitbit Ionic cant set up ? I download the fitbit aps in apps store and im try to set up but i still not got the number?pls help me

Hello @Irfan99, it's good to see you participating in the forums. 

 

Could you please confirmed if you were able to complete the set up process? Make sure you've tried the steps @NellyG provided here, and you can also check the compatibility of your mobile device here. 

 

If you're having trouble to get or to access the pin code during the set up, you can try restarting your watch, and them continue with the set up process as normal.

 

Keep us posted on the outcome.
