My ionic stopped working after a walk in light rain. I went through all the troubleshooting steps, even contacted support and here was their final answer:
"Upon further review, as all troubleshooting steps have been maximized, we have confirmed that your device is already defective.
Since this is the case, we have also reviewed your device's information and our records show that this device was previously replaced and we cannot replace it again."
To me it seems that if you gave me a faulty replacement, then it's your fault, and not mine. The Ionic is supposed to be waterproof up to 50m, but in reality, it couldn't hold up to a light drizzle. I think the features and advertising on the Ionic should be updated to say it's only waterproof if you only use it in a desert.
