I have the latest firmware version (.714) and I set up a wi-fi connection on the device. However, it's now not syncing. When I went to remove the wi-fi SSID in Wi-Fi Settings, the app just endlessly spins and doesn't show me the SSID for me to remove or change it. Please help! I can't sync my device now.
If I need to go back to Bluetooth, I will but I don't know how given that it's still using wifi

@Norseman09 It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
I would like you to log out from your app and force quit. After this, please log back in and make sure you're following this procedure to add Wi-Fi to your Ionic.

I went through the steps above and still when looking to set up wi fi it just spins.

Since you've performed the procedure mentioned above but your Ionic is still not syncing, follow the troubleshooting posted in this article.
