my ionic fitbit can't sync and i tried to download the latest update and i keep keeping error message "wi-fi firmware update failure" .  please help

Is your ionic on charge?

 

I don't know if this is the problem, but when I did my update I just put the phone and watch on charge and when I came back 20 mins later it was done.

both my ionic and iPhone was being charged when i got the failure message.
