Good day,
looking for a way or app that will prompt me on the wrist when I leave a particular heart rate zone.
for example I want to set a custom zone of 130-139 bpm which is more or less my zone 2. When running and I drift out of this zone I’d like to be prompted somehow.
I know not everyone thinks heart rate is important but this is what I use as my instincts for RPE are nil and my pacing is all over the place.
My garmin had this feature and I’m loathe to admit I made a mistake on this purchase.

@Slowtriathlete Welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
Currently, Fitbit won't alert you when you reach a heart rate zone. However, it will show you on the display the heart rate zone during a workout. Learn more about it by checking this article: How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device?
If you would like that Fitbit could implement this in the future, you may want to post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those ideas are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
