My ionic will not pair via bluetooth with my jbl tune120 tws earbuds ive tried multiple times. Is anyone else having this issue. Please help and to fitbit administrator please fix this bug

I have an issue with my jbl tune120tws and my Versa 2. It will pair but plays for about 2 seconds that cuts out for about 1/2 sec and just keeps playing like that. I keep trying after each update but still not working. I had called Fitbit support when I first discovered this but no solution.
