Hi,
I have a Lumia 650 and Windows 10 phone - the phone and IONIC dont connect and so cant sync. The user manual states that Lumia and Windows phones are compatible. Spent hours looking into this and speaking to the customer support team. Despite the documentation saying it should work, the Fitbit team have now admitted that this handset has not been integrated and I cant get an answer when this will happen. Anyone got any ideas how I get the Fitbit team to take any interest? Now they have my money they dont seem to care. Its really poor that the documentation says one thing, the product does something else and they are not prepared to give any timescales when this will be fixed.

Windows phone platform has pretty much been abandoned by Microsoft so I'd either buy another phone or return it.
If there's an advertising inconsistency I'd contact your local trading standards organisation, although this won't force them to develop a solution.

Hi - agreed that Windows phones are not the future, but I should not need to buy a new phone in order to use a feature that is meant to work (according to the documentation) with my current phone. Very tempted to go down the trading standard route as this is mis-representation. As each day goes by and Fitbit ignore this, the more likely I am to do this.
