I have read the messages loaded through community and thought I would add my experience / fix.
I initially had problems with the wifi settings on my Windows 10 device not populating.
Wifi set up correctly when I initialised my watch. What I didn't do was then add the wifi router to the app on my phone. I did this successfully, I then synced my ionic on my phone, then disengaged bluetooth and shutdown phone. I restarted my Windows 10 device and reopened the fitbit app on the desktop and re-synced the Ionic. My wifi router then populated to my device. WHEW. I must say it took me about an hour to get it right.
Good luck to anyone else with these issues.
