Wireless headphones for Ionic that don't fall out of the ear!

I'm looking for recommendations for wireless headphones that are fully compatible with the Ionic and are suitable for gym use. I have been using the Fitbit Flyers for a few months and they fall out of my ears endlessly, no matter which size ear buds I use. Very frustrating as they're expensive but I'm fed up of interrupting my workouts to adjust them. I'm thinking I may need "over the head" headphones but have read many reviews that say the Ionic is only properly compatible with the Flyer. Any recommendations please?

Soundpeats Q34 found on Amazon for $25 I have never had a problem with connecting or with music cutting out even using GPS during a run with the Ionic. These are very comfortable and very secure. Read the reviews, very highly rated. Sound quality may not be on par with a $200 pair but very good IMO.
