Won't Sync with any I products

I have a Fitbit Ionic.  It won't sync with my iPhone or iPad, so I cannot set up the pay feature or the music feature.  The only way I can sync with the dashboard is to physically plug it in to my computer.  I have tried everything in the forum...turning the phone on and off,  turning the bluetooth on and off.  I even forgot my Ionic on my phone's Bluetooth and now I cannot get it to recognize it.  I chose the Ionic because of the GPS capability and upgraded from my Blaze and I hate it.  Everything that is supposed to make it better does not work

Once telling the phones Bluetooth to forget the tracker, you would want to open the Fitbit app and try a sync.

The user is unable to connect the tracker to the phones bluetooth.

What model iPhone and iPad do you have?

I have an iPhone 6s and an iPad Pro...every once and awhile they sync and then it goes days without syncing
