Won't pair Bluetooth headphones

Help, I am going insane with this one!

My bluetooth headphones will not pair with my ionic.

I have tried them with my hubby's ionic and that pairs fine. They also pair with my phone and other bluetooth devices - so I am assuming it's not my earphones.

I considered that it maybe my ionic, but I can pair other bluetooth headphones and devices with that fine also.

I have tried rebooting the ionic and that hasn't worked.

Am I missing anything? Is there a small button I need to press or an app switch that needs turning on?

These headphones have worked with my ionic previously and now just don't want to know.

Please Help...

Welcome back @Jules27175. Thanks for the details mentioned and for trying to pair them with other mobile devices.

I would like you to confirm that you've done this troubleshooting to pair your headphones with your Ionic. If you are but you're still having issues with it, then remove it from your Ionic and try to pair it again.

  1. On your watch, open the Settings appUser-added image
  2. Tap Bluetooth
  3. Scroll down and tap Remove
  4. Tap the device you want to remove and then tap Yes to confirm.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for the suggestion.

I can't remove it from the list as it won't pair to begin with.

The watch identifies it in the list as an option to pair bit won't pair.

Thanks for offering something though. I feel I've tried most things. It must be s glitch between my watch and headphones.
