Brand New Ionic, it will not set up with WiFi to update, have re started fit bit, updated the iPad etc...no luck HELP

try to set up your wifi manually..

 

also if you can see your wifi, do it manually.

 

add new wifi, write the hotspot name and the password and the security type… miine works like hthat at home
