I only had this watch a couple of months and it has disconnected from my Bluetooth twice. I can't get it to update. This is my second watch and is a replacement for the first one! Very discouraged with this problem! Any suggestions! Contacting customer support is a joke!

mine does not stay connected either. ive had 2 ionics. its weird because my mobile app syncs and connects but my Bluetooth wont be connected. haha weird. it still works but technically my Bluetooth "isn't" connected.
