Bet your clock is off by 30 mins? Same thing happened to me, FOREWARNING if you attempt to factory reset the watch, you MIGHT end up in a boot loop. This happened to me after 2 1/2 weeks of use, Fitbit had to send me a new one. Based on the forms its being said its a firmware bug, one which I hope this new one doesn't get, because if it does, it will be my last fitbit.

Same issue and was told a new one wont make any difference disgusting customer service as well
