Hi @wagyank Have you tried restarting your Ionic several times? If not, give that a try. If it doesnt solve the issues, then come back here.

Welcome to the Community @wagyank! Thanks for the troubleshooting that you've tried. Just as our dear council @NellyG mentioned. I would like you to make sure that you've restarted it and since you're not seeing your heart rate either then check the tips mentioned on this article Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?.
Also, please reply to the following questions to gather more information:
- Are you not seeing this information just on your Ionic or on your app as well?
- Did you change the clock face and then you won't see it anymore?
