Won't track steps or heart rate

I'm on my 2nd Ionic and my 5th one overall, now it won't track my steps or heart rate after many restarts and a couple of what I call hard letting the power run out and still the same results, this one is only a year old also, what do I need to do to fix this problem?

Only used this Ionic since April and I am experiencing the same thing. Steps, heart rate and sleep trackers just stopped a few days ago. Yesterday, I unpaired and then re-added device to my account and was excited because it started tracking again. HOWEVER, that excitement was short lived because it stopped again after my long walk this morning.

I have the exact same issue. My Ionic is only 10 months old and none of the sensors at the back seem to be working.

Yesterday is said I did 15 steps the entire day. I have restarted, formatted, deleted and reinstalled and no change.

After formatting, it won't even allow for me to recalibrate because it can't connect with the sensors
