Ionic Stuck on unlock with your phone.  I have loaded and unloaded app and device several times.  I have reset watch several times . None of the suggestions found here are working.  Very frustrating

Let's follow the suggestion that does work @MarciaMoody. You haven't mentioned anything that should fix this.

 

Let's open the Fitbit app on the phone.

Tap the picture of the Ionic found at the top.

Press Device lock.

You will be asked to put in your phones unlock code.

On the next screen you will be able to change or disable the Ionic lock.

Disable will not be available if Fitbit pay is setup, but you will be able to change the pin.
