Won't update, won't sync, won't connect with bluetooth or wifi

My Ionic has not been able to sync to my phone or connect to bluetooth or wifi for a few days. I restarted it as is the recommended course of action. I see there is a software update, which I tried to do yesterday. After 6 hours of "updating" the update failed. Now when I click on the update it won't even start. I keep getting the "bluetooth issues" or "wifi issues" message regardless of how I try and update. Does anyone have any ideas of how to get this to update? Or at least get it to sync?

I'm having pretty much the same issue!

 

Read through loads of messages on here followed every step possible and it still isn't working!

 

Worked fine for the past year with and with the same phone for the past 6 months and then all of a sudden it stopped syncing when I asked it to (would get half way and just stop) the only display some data. So I tried every step and then removed it form the app and now it wont allow me to connect it back to the app.

 

It keeps saying failed to connect to fitbit but something must of connected as it still recognises when I go cycling?
