Wristband popping out

Both sides of ionic wristband keep popping out for absolutely no reason.  Any suggestions.  I've been wiggling around and this doesn't work. Suggestions

@Binky1 I hope you're doing well! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic wristbands.

 

When you attach them to the watch, do you hear the clicking sound? Make sure they are fitting and clicking with the watch. 

 

To attach a wristband, press it into the end of the watch until you feel it snap into place. The band with the clasp attaches to the top of the watch.
