Something is really off here. Yesterday my Ionic refused to sync, despite restarting both the Ionic and my phone. 

As I was leaving for the Christmas dinner I realised that the time was 15 min off. I had no time to deal with it then. By the time I came home the time on the Ionic was 2:30 behind.

I unpaired it, un installed the app before resetting both the phone and Ionic. Then did the set up.

This seemed to be working, even though most of the steps from yesterday are registered to today. 

When I woke up the Ionic was 5 min behind.

Two hours later and the time difference between every other device I have and the Ionic is more than 20 minutes.

Anyone? Please help!

I’m having the same problem but has been this way since I tried to download update this morning when I received an Ionic to replace my Alta.  Never got confirmation that download was successful.
