Wrong time

My Ionic has lost time. It is showing the wrong time. How do we change it

The time is automatically set when you sync your tracker.

Time Sync


Change Time
On the computer: Go to the Dashboard and click on the gear and choose settings from the drop down. Scroll down to time zone Change it to a different one. Sync it. Go back in and change it to the correct one and sync again


Phone: Click on account upper top right looks like an envelope. Scroll down to advanced settings and do the same as above

 

Device will need to sync before it changes
Also check your computer and phone to make sure the time is correct on it as well.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums @Paulinew41! Thanks for sharing the inconvenience that you have with the time on your Ionic. As @SunsetRunner and @WendyB kindly mentioned, there are two way to correct the time, syncing and directly on the app.
