Dear Fitbit, I have had my ionic for just over 16 months with no issues until yesterday. Tried all things to resurrect, but nothing works. Wired that it happens so close to me enabling the new app. 

 

What can can you do to help me???

Seems like we have got the same..

Yesterday my fitbit was working fine.. At the end of the day my battery was low(10%) so I decided to charge.. After 1 hour I saw the battery was 0%.. And now, after one night charging the fitbit still doesnt work.. Even the screen will not wake up anymore.. 

Whats going on?:(

hello.    same thing has happened to mine.   suddenly there is no sign of life!   has anyone got a solution?

This morning I have tried to plug off the charging cable and try to start up again. I pushed the left button and also the right lower one. Hold it for a couple of seconds and it was starting up again.. really strange that it was only working when the charging cable wasnt connected. One other strange thing: The time and steps etc. were the data from yesterday (the exact time he fell a sleep).. I gave it some time, restart a couple of times and now he is upp and running again.. Dont know if this can be a solution, or just a luckey shot from my side..

Hopefully it works for you as well!
