after the "update" my watch starting having connectivity issues and that my watch was having "Bluetooth issues" after reading about this on the Forum it was recommended to do a hard restart on my watch and uninstall and reinstall the app, which I did. Now my watch only says " go to fitbit.com/setup to get started, which I did and reinstalled the app but still my watch is saying go to the setup app.

What can I do to get my watch working again?????????????????

When you go to setup the watch, it will say “Looking for Ionic” or something like that. If you had all-day sync on, you have to disconnect your Ionic from Bluetooth settings for the phone to actually connect to the Ionic and set it up.

Hope I helped!

Try doing a restart by holding the left and bottom right buttons down for about 10 seconds.
