Yeah sounds pretty serious. Call Tech Support right away. Number is linked below. Do all their troubleshooting protocols and send them photos or videos as required. If defective they normally have a “zero tolerance” policy and will offer you a replacement device. Try that and let me know. Many now have followed my advice and received replacements right away.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
