So this is my first day with Ionic and I am having a frustrating time configuring this thing!!!!

 

I want to change my clock face, but whenever I enter the control panel and tap in "browse and selecto clock faces" the app crashes. It does the same with all the different options there: "apps, media, wallet..."

 

is there a way to change my clock face from the website instead of using the app? Or even better: could Fitbit fix his app?

Hello @ioniccrash when asking a question about a Fitbit app, please include the phone type so that we know which of the 4 versions that are being triggered to. 

 Have you checked for App updates .or removed and installed a fresh copy of the Fitbit app? 

Have you searched the Board for your device. 

 Android

Windows 10 this covers both phone and PC

IOS
