backing up/restoring my Ionic user settings to PC

Hi

i've searched and can't find anything specific, so sorry in advance if this is a repeat.

 

after uninstalling ios 13.1.2 and removing my ionic device to get things working, I wondered if there is away of restoring my ionic settings rather have to go back and re-install them all from scratch?

Hello @helen_ap and a warm welcome.  If you removed your Ionic from your account, then set it up again as a new device, then those settings are lost.  Sorry.  The settings are settings, no matter where you view your account.  When you make a change on the device, it goes to you account with the next sync.  When you make a change on your account in the app, you will see those changes on your PC view after a sync. 

 

iOS 13 has not been kind to users.  I have not been offered the upgrade yet.  I have no plans to install it until iOS and the Fitbit app work well together.

The best thing would have been to not remove the tracker from the users account. 

However doing this does not save the app settings.
