Thanks for your response.  I exercise 6 days a week and use my ionic fitbit every day!  I appreciate the information. The band will not stay on, it is falling off every few minutes.  I have the original band on. I have been using a FitBit for almost 5 years and have not had this problem before. I want to keep my ionic, I do not want to trade it in for a refurbished one. Is there any other steps I can take to get the band to work? Thanks!

What I did to get one of the bands to stick was wiggle it a bit when you have it in. Naturally you will hear a click. For me it was the band above the watch. The bottom band clicks the moment I put a band in. Sounds silly but hey it works. 🙂
