can't delete an email and can't see my texts

There is an email that seems to be "stuck" , I have tried to delete it, clear it and nothing seems to get rid of it.  When I get a text message, I get a notice but it won't let me open it.

Restart your Ionic a few tmes and then try to clear the old email again.  Hopefully that will fix it
