cant set up my pin and wallet

Every time i go to set up my pin or wallet i get an error. " Error registering ionic with Fitbit. Error connecting to Ionic. Make sure it is close by and turned on. My phone is on and my Ionic is also on right by it. Any help would be great.

@cocoathunder, those errors seem to indicate that the Ionic is not able to connect to the WiFi.  Do you have the WiFi set up and working with the Ionic?

Yes I do I have tried it on 3 different Wifi networks. The app has been way slow also. I am on a S4mini. I also seem to have Bluetooth issues and only get about half the notifications. I have one other error that i see and that is "Error registering Ionic with Fitbit Wallet.  Javax.nes.SSL.protocolExceptio.............0x5c7877e8:0x0000000. with lots of stuff in the middle of that.
