I just bought the ionic and find the clip on the band digs into my arm. From what I can see all 3 bands have the same setup with a clasp. I did try the apple watch on and like the smoothness of its band any thoughts?

@tnt_daddy Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is very strange! I have mine and feel it very smooth on my wrist.
Fitbit Ionic also offers a leather band and a sports band. Both of them use the same buckle and clasp setup. However, you can always try that out.
Also, did you tried a large wristband or a small one?
Keep me posted!

I found a third party band here https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0772DPFMN/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This issue seems to be it needs to be tight for the hear rate and when I pick up my daughter the clasp dig into me, the band size would matter as its the clasp which is large and when bending your wrist digs in.
Fitbit would show more bands similar to the apple watch, on the fitbit sight there are only 3 bands listed for the ionic the default which is comes with "classic" the sport is the same as classic just with wholes and leather but they all have the same form to them.
