HI

I am having a lot of trouble bluetoothing my BT-iGear earphones to my fitbit. Can anyone help please?

I’m not familiar with those headphones but assuming they’re compatible, common mistakes are not having the Ionic in pairing mode (Settings > Bluetooth > + New Device) at the same time as the headphones, and having the headphones already paired and connected with another device, usually a nearby phone.
